Today i shall be mostly eating Courgettes
These are favourate vegtable, or at least were.
This year i've grown 3 plants in my new veggie patch.
I've now got about 3Kgs of them in my fridge and have eaten them for about 2 weeks solid.
Been looking for things to do with them tonight and have found..
1. Soupe à la Courgette
2. 9 pages of ideas, mostly involving Courgettes at the BBC
Above, some of them are quality trunction size, whilst others are like ladies fingers.
